  • 01. What is a Recorded Deed Notice?

    It is a notice mailed to you after a real estate recording process. Giving you the new grantee the opportunity to receive the results of the document recording and county records for review and verification. This is included in the Property Assessment Profile which includes a complimentary copy of your current Grant Deed.

  • 02. Why did I received this notice?

    Because you are the grantee of a recently concluded real estate transaction. This notice gives people like yourself the opportunity to verify the process and resulting data.

  • 03. Why does it say please respond by and a date?

    All data is held for a certain period of time which allows us to get everything processed and sent to you promptly. If you fail to make your payment within the time frame it requires additional steps to compile all of the data for you and will take longer for you to receive it.

  • 04. What is a Record ID#?

    This number is a unique number assigned to the records associated with your notice. It will allow you to easily bring up your property data and other information during the payment process which speeds up the processing time.

  • 05. What is a APN?

    This is a parcel number and is used by the county to keep track of records related to your property or land parcel.

  • 06. Is this a secure website?

  • 07. Can I pay by check?

    Yes you can. Do to the paper shortage we recommend you use echeck which you can do by following the payment process on this website. You may also mail a check as well, use the following information and make sure to included the Record ID# from the notice in the memo line.   • 08. What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay with any major credit or debit card, echeck or mail a payment. There is no additional fees for paying with a card or echeck.

It is a wealth of information on the property that can be used to verify property information is recorded correctly, as mistakes can affect property taxes. Legal description and information, flood information and maps, home valuations and projections, history, comparable properties and more is included.

  • 11. How long does this take?

    It should only take a few minutes to complete the payment and processing on the website.

  • 12. When will I get everything?

    It depends on whether the payment was made before the response date or not. It should all be delivered to you by USPS with in 7 to 21 business days.
